Abstract Guidelines

The scientific committee invites submissions of abstracts for free Papers, Award Papers, and E-posters for consideration in the scientific program of INSC 2025

Submission Requirements

All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through our conference website.
Registration for INSC 2025 is mandatory for both paper and e-poster submissions.

Abstract Format

  • The presenting author's first name should appear first in each abstract.
  • For case reports, include the following sections: introduction, case presentation, discussion, and conclusions.
Abstracts must be structured with the following headings:
  • Title
  • Background
  • Aims/Objectives
  • Materials/Patients & Methods: Clearly describe your selection of observations or experimental subjects.
  • Results: Present your findings in a logical sequence.
  • Conclusions: Highlight new and significant aspects of your study and the conclusions drawn.
  • Limitations: Conflict of Interest: A declaration of any conflicts of interest is mandatory.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Use Times New Roman, font size 12.
  • Abstract text must be in English and should not exceed 300 words. No images, figures, or tables are permitted.
  • Do not include any identifying information, such as names of hospitals, medical colleges, clinics, or places in the title or text.
  • Author names and affiliations should also not be included within the abstract body, but can be entered separately in the submission platform.
  • The content of the abstract must be original and not previously published.
  • The use of brand names or manufacturer names for any drugs or equipment is strictly prohibited; please use generic names instead.
  • Check spelling and grammar carefully, as the abstract text will not be edited and will be reproduced as submitted in the e-abstract book.

Submission Timeline

  • Abstract submission for papers and e-posters will open on October 2, 2024, at 12:00 AM.
  • The deadline for abstract submission is February 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
  • Decisions on abstract selection will be communicated via email to the submitting author.

Presentation Details

  • Only the presenting author will receive a certificate.
  • If you submit multiple abstracts and more than one is accepted, only one will be eligible for platform presentation; the others will be considered for poster presentation.

Additional Notes

  • For case descriptions, your submission should include an introduction, a detailed description of the case, and a conclusion highlighting the uniqueness of the case.
  • For original research submissions, please follow the structured format provided above.
For short video procedural presentations, include the following:
  • Background: Briefly explain the necessity of the procedural innovation.
  • Procedure: Provide a concise description of the procedure.
  • Novelty: Describe the novel aspects and their potential impact on current practices.
